Hi, Hello, Hiya
My name is Hollin Caire. I am a wife, a mom, a spin enthusiast, a lover of coffee, and a picky eater that spends my free time chasing after 2 kids who love a good adventure. I have been in the creative industry for 16+ years – designing, concepting, leading, mentoring, learning and growing. In my career I have launched national products by creating tactics that range from big budget TV spots to do-it-yourself social content all while working with great partners along the way.
I am a hard-working strong woman who loves to be challenged, Starbucks Vanilla Lattes (hot or iced), and a good Jess King Sweat Steady Peloton ride on a Saturday morning.
In my 17+ years, I have worn many hats: Designer, Art Director, Associate Creative Director, Design Director and Creative Director. In 2022, I was tasked with building a design oriented team at The Variable as the Design Director. There I built a team to create efficiencies within the creative department and creative process which would ultimately lead to a better creative output.
Currently I work for the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans as the Design Director. I lead and mentor a team of designers and project coordinator creating tons of assets for both sports organizations.
My family and I live by a hustle and bustle city but prefer to escape to our quaint and slightly remote rural town where my husband and I both grew up surrounded by our family and friends.
